The BEST! Mark the manager and Sandi in faucets are so patient and responsive. Sandi called and emailed to ensure I was kept abreast of the latest communication with my issue. This was key, in that the manufacturer did not reach out to me. I am a lifelong fan of Jackson's Hardware.

I love coming to Jackson's, the staff there is wonderful. The customer service is the best in California. I can say that because I have shopped at quite a few Hardware stores in California due to my 37 years in construction. Keep up the good work.

Employees are much more competent and available than those at chain hardware stores. Employee ownership seems to make for a pleasant experience all round. Prices are competitive with the cheap online stores.

I've been coming here on and off for five years. I am an arborist, and these folks have a great selection of climbing gear. I went in for a new pair of boots today and got the best help I've gotten so far! Rosa is a wonderful asset to the team, and I look forward to seeing her during my future visits!!!
