The metabo HPT18 V compact 3 Ah Lithium-ion (339782M) battery is a powerful, long-lasting battery for a variety of metabo HPT18 V slide type power tools. It delivers increased productivity and run time thanks to the large 3 Ah capacity. The A hour capacity refers to how long the battery can last before recharging. The 18 V Lithium-ion battery is surprisingly compact, coming in at only half a pound and 3/4 in more compact than a traditional 3 Ah battery (compared to model BSL1830). It provides balance to cordless tools without adding to user fatigue. For protection from the elements, this battery features a resin coating. Its complex circuitry also prevents damage from overload, overcharge and over discharge of the battery. This impressive 18 V Lithium-ion battery can be used to power metabo HPTall 18 V slide type cordless tool models. The metabo HPT battery is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original purchase date. Every metabo HPT accessory is designed to the highest standards and is rigorously tested for both performance and durability.
