This compound is ideal for heavy fills and sands easily, allowing for fast, smooth finishing. SHEETROCK® brand EASY SAND™ 5 joint compound can be used for a variety of applications including - filling, smoothing and finishing interior concrete ceilings and above-grade concrete, taping and finishing panels in bathroom areas and finishing joints in protected exterior soffits.
Features:
- SHEETROCK® brand EASY SAND™ 5 joint compound provides low shrinkage and superior bond, which makes it excellent for laminating gypsum panels to gypsum panels, sound deadening boards and above-grade concrete surfaces
- It resists humidity and can be applied in damp weather allowing for same day joint finishing and faster job completion
- For interior gypsum panels and exterior gypsum ceiling boards
- Weighs 25% less than conventional setting-type compounds
- Sanding ease similar to a ready mixed, all-purpose joint compound
- Unique humidity resistance
- Exceptional bond with low shrinkage
