The infrared cooking surface thermometer has a precision laser that accurately measures the temperature of the cooking surface. Point the laser at the baking stone, cast iron grid or perforated grid, for example, to check the temperature before adding the ingredients. This wireless infrared thermometer has a temperature range of 0 to 427 deg C. Using the infrared cooking surface thermometer means you'll never have to guess whether the cooking surface has reached the right temperature. You can immediately read the results on the large, clear LED display (even when it's dark outside). In short, beam me up (just don't aim it at somebody's face and keep it away from children).
